Maritime Madness, A family business for over 20 years, specializing in Canadian Gourmet Hot Sauces and Condiments, sought to amplify its presence on Amazon. With a year of experience on Amazon’s platform, their initial approach lacked the structure and visual appeal needed for significant growth. The Challenge

Maritime Madness had launched a few campaigns with a disorganized campaign structure. They had simple product photos with a low click through rate and conversion. Our mission was to optimize both.

Image Optimization: Maritime Madness had very basic product photos without any attention grabbing graphics. We took the assets they had and created product images that told the story of their product while conveying key selling points.

Amazon Search Engine Optimization: Using proven market researched keywords we updated the backend of each ASIN. We also added the best converting ad keywords to push for organic ranking.

Paid Media Management: We set up a scalable ad foundation that allows us to make mirco level adjustments ensuring our KPIs are performing profitably.

Before:

The previous listings has really good life style images. They showed a quirky side of the brand that expressed the owners creativity and uniqueness in a saturated market.

However as appealing as the food looked, it did not shine enough light on the features and benefits of the sauce. Which is ultimately the product we are trying to sell. We needed the sauce to be the star and not an after thought.

We used callouts and bold graphics to communicate selling points, features and benefits of our product. By spicing up the images we were able to improve our conversion rate, which made our advertising efforts even more  effective.

Maritime Madness is also interested in us taking over Meta & Google Ads Management moving into Q2 Of 2025.
