Specializing in organic and conventional wholesale goods, Miracle Palm offers an impressive range of raw ingredients —including Coconut Products, Ceylon Teas, Spices, and Superfoods. By partnering directly with trusted suppliers and utilizing a strong warehousing and distribution network, with facilities in Los Angeles and New York, the company was able to grow a dominate retail presence, but lacked the expertise to scale their ecommerce channels.

Controlled TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) by refining bids, adding negative keywords, and targeting competitors’ ASINs with lower-margin SKUs.

Convinced the owner to leverage Amazon Prime for high-volume SKUs while housing slower-moving items in his warehouse during peak seasons to minimize fees.

Fixed SKU inconsistencies and introduced profitable variations like multipacks and virtual bundles.

Implemented review tools to gather customer feedback and improve product rankings.

Multiple products earned the coveted “Amazon’s Choice” badge, further driving organic sales and click-through rates.

Our Impact

Discover’s team rebuilt the campaigns from the bottom up and have been scaling both ad sales and organic revenue. Within 90 days of working together we have increased monthly ad revenue by 5.3x and increased total monthly revenue by 2X. We are confident we will be able to add between 75K -120K compared to last year's revenue. This would be an increase of 75-120% in annual revenue.

We came to Discover MG through a friend’s referral. Our restaurant sales were doing great, but our e-commerce had hit a ceiling at around $10K per month despite a year of effort. We’d tried running ads on our own, but we didn’t have the expertise or confidence to spend enough to really scale.
